[Photos] JYJ wows thousands at Tokyo Dome concert

With glow sticks in hand, some 50,000 Japanese fans went nuts for JYJ at the group’s concert held at the Tokyo Dome on Thursday evening.

The three-member boy band has enjoyed enormous popularity in the country since they debuted 10 years ago as TVXQ, and the latest concert was no exception. In between performances, they impressed fans even more by telling jokes in fluent Japanese.

The two-and-a-half-hour event was also broadcast live to 113 theaters across the country for fans who couldn’t make it to the actual venue, C-Jes Entertainment said.

“I don’t want more than what we have now. I just want to do this for a long time,” said Park Yoochun, one of the band members, at a press event before the concert.
